Contact
Write to us by email
We keep this deliberately simple. There is no contact form on this site and no account to open — just one address, read by a person.
We usually reply within a few working days. Please write in English if you can; it is the only language we can answer reliably.
What we can help with
- A demo that will not load, freezes, or shows an error.
- A broken link, a typo, or something on the site that reads unclearly.
- Questions about what this site is and how the free demos work.
- Press, accessibility feedback, or a correction to any page.
- Rights holders: a request concerning a game shown on this site.
What we cannot help with
- Money. There are no balances, deposits, withdrawals, refunds, bonuses or prizes on this site, so there is nothing for us to pay out, reverse or recover.
- Accounts. We do not operate registration or sign-in, so there is no password to reset and no account to close or restore.
- Real-money gambling. We are not an operator and cannot act on a dispute, a self-exclusion or a complaint about any gambling company. The organisations on our responsible gaming page are the right place for that.
Please never send us sensitive details
We will never ask you — by email or anywhere on this site — for card numbers, bank details, cryptocurrency wallets or keys, identity documents, passwords or one-time codes. We have no use for them and no system to put them in. If you receive a message claiming to be from Hotel Mirae and asking for any of that, it is not from us; please forward it to the address above and do not reply to it.
When you email us, we see whatever you choose to put in your message. We keep correspondence only as long as it takes to answer you, and we do not add your address to any list or share it with anyone.
Support instead of us
If your reason for writing is that gambling — free or otherwise — has stopped feeling under control, these independent services will help you far faster than we can, free and in confidence:
- GambleAware — gambleaware.org Independent advice and routes into free treatment.
- GamCare — gamcare.org.uk Free counselling and support, including for family and friends.
- Gambling Therapy — gamblingtherapy.org Multilingual online support available worldwide.
- GAMSTOP — gamstop.co.uk Free self-exclusion from UK-licensed online gambling operators.
