What this site stores, and nothing more

The two values we store

• hm_age_confirmed Set when you choose “I am 18 or older” in the age dialogue. Without it, the dialogue reappears on every page and the demo frames are never loaded. Persists until you clear your browser data or use “Reset age confirmation” in the footer.
• hm_cookie_notice Set when you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the page, so it does not reappear on every visit. Persists until you clear your browser data.

Both are stored in local storage, which means they stay on your own device and are never transmitted to us. They are plain flags — they hold no name, no email address, no identifier and no record of what you did on the site. We cannot read them from anywhere else, and they do not follow you to other websites.

Because both are strictly necessary for the age restriction and for the notice itself, there is nothing here to consent to or opt out of — which is why the banner only has a “Got it” button rather than a set of choices.

What we do not do

• No analytics or measurement of any kind — no Google Analytics, no pixels, no counters.
• No advertising, remarketing or conversion tags.
• No cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, profiling or audience building.
• No marketing or preference cookies.
• No server-side logging of visitor behaviour by us, and no accounts to log into.
• No selling or sharing of data, because we hold none.

Third-party content on this site

Two things on these pages come from other companies' servers, and each may set its own storage under its own domain and policy — outside our control:

• The game demos. Each game page embeds a frame served by the game publisher's demo platform at demo.bgaming-network.com. We load that frame only after you confirm your age, never before. Inside the frame the publisher may store technical values needed to run the demo. We receive nothing from it: no scores, no session data, no identifiers.
• The web fonts. Page typefaces are requested from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch the font files. Google Fonts does not set cookies for this, but the request involves your IP address, as any web request does.

How to remove what is stored

Everything can be removed in seconds, entirely from your side:

• Use “Reset age confirmation” in the footer of any page to delete the age flag and bring the dialogue back.
• Clear site data for budofflaw.com in your browser's privacy or site-settings panel.
• Browse in a private or incognito window, where nothing persists after you close it.
• Block storage for this site in your browser settings — the pages still read fine, you will simply be asked to confirm your age each visit.
